Liquid coating roof system in Tenby

JOP Ltd. Have been carrying out works on a property in Tenby, which involves specialist roofing materials to provide high quality and long lasting protection for the roof.
JOP are approved contractors and applicators of specialist Decothane products.
The initial roofing works involved installing a raised GRP trim, followed by the priming of the roof itself before installing a Vaper Carrier layer.
The detail work was carried out by using Decothane Ultra base coat and re-mat embedded into it, which covered not only the flat surface, but the incline as well.

Finally the works were completed with a Decothane Ultra top coat to seal and provide further protection for the roof.

Swansea Coastal Path – Langland to Caswell Bay.

JOP Ltd were awarded the contract for the resurfacing of the coastal path between Langland Bay and Caswell Bay, The Gower by the City & County Council of Swansea.

The works are located on the existing coastal path with rising coastal slopes, rock outcrops and cuttings through friable soils on the lanward side and both coastal slope and cliff edges to the seaward side of the pathway.

The works include the bench cutting of the inland side of the footpath to allow the laying of a new 1500mm wide gritstone aggregate footpath. The completed footpath will remove risks of the path being undercut/eroded, eliminate dangerous cross cambers, awkward slopes and steps, and be more suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs.

South Hook LNG – Construction of Car Park Upgrade

JOP Limited have recently completed a civil engineering project to upgrade  the existing Car Parking facilities for our valued client South Hook LNG Terminal. The project required traffic management, excavation, laying drainage, installing new lighting, paving, kerbs, tarmac and white lining. JOP Limited performed the role of CDM Principal Contractor on this project which was completed on time and with zero health, safety or environmental incidents or accidents.

Buncefield – Capping Layer

JOP Ltd have recently completed works to remediate, cut & fill and install an impervious capping layer over an area of 25,000 m2 for BPA in Buncefield Terminal, Hemel Hempstead. The work also involved the refurbishment of an existing lagoon and construction of a new pumping station. This project was completed with an excellent safety record of over 10,000 man hours without accident or injury.
